Cheesy Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole 🥔🧀

Ingredients :

500g ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag (about 500g) frozen tater tots

½ cup ketchup (for topping)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Directions :

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Press the meat mixture evenly into a baking dish.

Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meat.

Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the meat layer.

Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, add remaining cheese on top, and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
