Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites with Vanilla Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until a soft dough forms.

2. Shape the Bites

Scoop small spoonfuls or roll into 1-inch balls.

3. Fry

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry donut bites in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning until golden brown.

4. Coat

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll warm donut bites in mixture.

5. Glaze

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over warm bites.

Tips

  • Best served warm.
  • Add cream cheese glaze for richer flavor.
  • You can air fry or bake too.
