Ingredients
For the base:
2 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
1 ½ cups broccoli florets
1 pack shirataki noodles (or zucchini noodles)
For the sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
How to make it
Prep noodles
Rinse and dry shirataki noodles well (this removes the smell). Set aside.
Cook broccoli
Lightly steam or sauté broccoli until just tender.
Make the sauce
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and parmesan. Stir until smooth and thick.
Combine
Add chicken, broccoli, and noodles into the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
Finish
Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
