  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 2 cups cabbage or spinach
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes)
  • 6 cups vegetable broth (or water + bouillon)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
  • Optional: chili flakes, parsley, lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the base

  3. Pour broth
    Add vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and herbs.
