- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour for lower carb, use 2 tsp)

Instructions
- Mix
Add egg, cream cheese, and almond flour to a microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Whisk until smooth. - Microwave
